Make your own classic style stride regulator.

Agilitum is pleased to put the design for the original classic stride regulators into the public domain so that now you really can make your own stride regulator. There are still a lot of the classic stride regulators out there in use and a number of people who still ask for the colour options. There are also a number of places in the world to whom shipping whole stride regulators is just too expensive to be worthwhile.

If you have access to a 3D printer (or a third party 3D printing service) you can generate your own parts and assemble them to your individual specification. There are no restrictions on how you use the design. Domestic or commercial. Just have fun. Attribution is entirely optional.

There's a video guide to assembly of a kit which can be equally applied to repair and making the whole thing. The design files are all available on Thangs. For each stride regulator you will need -

2 x End caps
2 x End clamps

plus either

(For a 40m stride regulator)
2 x 40mm left half
2 x 33mm left half
2 x 40mm right half
2 x 33mm right half

or

(For a 20m stride regulator)
2 x 22mm left half
2 x 15mm left half
2 x 22mm right half
2 x 15mm right half
